Forging Factory Temperature Monitoring
Central monitoring of eight high-temperature points using R-type and K-type thermocouples.
PnP IoTs installed separate thermocouples and four RTUs while keeping the factory’s existing temperature system in operation.

- Monitor six R-type and two K-type thermocouples.
- Maintain operation of the existing temperature system.

The standard SB1-TM includes a thermocouple-type selection switch. The delivered configuration was customized for the customer’s fixed R-type and K-type requirements.
Data flow: R/K thermocouples → SB1-TM → Four RTUs → Office PC → AutoSave CSV
Operational Value
Eight high-temperature points can be checked centrally while the original system remains available. Stored records support process consistency analysis, maintenance planning, and abnormal-temperature review.
Sales Message: PnP IoTs can add independent temperature data acquisition to high-temperature industrial processes without replacing the existing control system.
